The Howler is a surface skipping popper designed in Australia. It has superior casting distance and emulates a fleeing baitfish when rapidly retrieved.
This design has been tested on many Australian and New Zealand sport fish including Tailor, Salmon, Tuna and Queenfish, but would also suit many other hard hitting pelagics.
There is no need to upgrade the hardware on these lures as they come equiped with the super sharp, strong Shinto trebles with very solid split rings.
